The regeneration process of the resin is divided into smooth regeneration and reverse regeneration according to the flow of the recycled salt fluid. The recycled salt fluid flow is called smooth regeneration when the runtime flow is the same as running raw water. There are main steps such as anti -washing, regeneration, replacement, and positive washing in the regeneration process of the softener.

(1) Anti -cleaning process
After the resin fails, it is necessary to use anti -wash water to use the bottom -up washing. The anti -washing process can remove impurities such as suspension and crushing resin in the resin layer, which can destroy the resin plate. It is best to use the softened water that has been softened, and the effect of anti -washing with the original water of the system is poor. The anti-washing speed is about 10m/h, and the anti-washing time is 10-15min.
 
 
(2) Regeneration process
After the anti -washing process is over, the regeneration process should be entered. The renewal process of resin follows the principles of material exchange. During the regeneration process, the concentration of the regenerative salt fluid should be kept at 5%-10%, and the flow rate of the recycled solution should be controlled at 6-8m/h. The regeneration effect is very sensitive to the hardness of the regenerative solution. You should try to use the softened water for the recycled solution. In particular, the high -hardness raw water should be avoided.
 
 
(3) Water body replacement
Water replacement is the continuation step of the regeneration process. After the regeneration process is over and after the salt is stopped, there is still salt fluid that has not participated in the upper and resin in the exchange. In order to make full use of this part of the salt solution, and the regenerative salt solution and regeneration products in the softener should continue The flow and flow velocity inject water into the resin bed, so that the regenerative solution in the exchange is discharged by the softener while further regenerative resin. Generally, the amount of water replacement is 0.5-1 double resin volume.

(4) Salt box replenishment
After the regeneration salt water is sucked, the amount of water required for regeneration should be supplemented in the salt box. At 25 ° C, when 1L of water is dissolved in 360g of salt, it reaches the degree of saturation (concentration is 26.4%). In order to achieve saturation in the salt liquid in the salt box, it should be ensured that the dissolution time is greater than 6h, and there is sufficient solid salt in the salt box.
 
(5) Positive washing process
 
After the water body replacement is over or before the spare switch begins to be put into operation, in order to discharge the regenerative salt solution and regeneration products in the soft agent, use clean water to flow according to the original water transportation flow, until the hardness of the water out of the water is washing the resin is washing. Generally, the volume of resin volume with 3-6 times the amount of water washing.
