The water contained in the raw water Minerals and some impurities will be discharged through the concentrated water discharge valve with high pressure.
After the raw water is pressurized, the pressure is about 0.8 MPa, and the water flows in a high-speed rotating manner, which will produce very loud noises, especially in the throttle valve part that discharges concentrated water. The concentrated water discharge shut-off valve plays a very important role in equipment production. It can adjust the ratio of water production and concentrated water discharge, and adjust the pressure and noise during the overall operation of the equipment. After the concentrated water is intercepted by the regulating valve, the space will suddenly increase due to the action of the regulating valve itself, and the high-speed rotating water will produce very harsh noises.
The noise generated by the reverse osmosis equipment lies in the concentrated water discharge interception valve, so we need to modify this part to reduce the noise to the greatest extent. We use a 32mm steel tank at the concentrated water discharge throttle valve to connect a water channel in parallel, and then add a regulating valve. The function of this is to reduce the rotation speed of the water, reduce the flow rate of the water through diversion, and share the pressure of the throttle valve. , adjust the ratio of water production and concentrated water discharge. Through the above technical transformation, the noise problem of pure water production equipment can generally be solved.
