The double-tank softened Water Treatment System mainly consists of a control valve controlling two Resin tanks and a salt tank. One valve controls two tanks and is equipped with two pistons. One piston is used to control the regeneration process, while the other piston switches between the two Frp Tank and can continuously supply softened water. What should you pay attention to when installing double-tank softened water equipment? 
The following issues need to be paid attention to when installing double-tank softened water equipment:
1. The equipment needs a simple horizontal foundation, about 250~450mm away from the wall, and can be arranged at the corner according to the actual situation; 2. Because the equipment itself is relatively light, generally you only need to consider the weight of the resin and water contained in the equipment; 3. The inlet and outlet pipes are standard flange or threaded connections and need to be fixed and supported. They cannot rely on the valve body for support to prevent stress; 4. A Y-type filter and a water Liquid Filled pressure gauge should be installed on the water inlet pipe to prevent dirt in the water inlet pipe from clogging the controller. If flushing water is discharged when the equipment is running, a floor drain or drainage ditch should be installed nearby; 5. The Brine Tank should be as close as possible to the softening tank, and the shorter the brine pipe, the better; 6. The sewage pipe should not be longer than 6m, do not install a stop valve, the outlet should not be higher than the valve body, and the terminal should be open to avoid siphonage. The fewer elbows, the better; 7. Install a power distribution socket on the wall near the equipment. It should be equipped with a fuse (generally do not install a switch) and must be well grounded. Under normal circumstances, if the customer produces for 8 hours, a single-valve and single-tank system is sufficient. However, when the customer's water consumption requires 24-hour uninterrupted water supply, a single-valve and double-tank or double-valve and double-tank softened water equipment is required.
